ELC meeting on in January

Dear Pax Romana Women Friends in Europe,

In the first attachment I announced that there will be an ELC meeting on in January next year. Since this seems a good opportunity to meet then as well, I would like to inform you now about the place and the costs per day, full board.

I must ask your apology right away for you will find it all a bit confusing since the price for room+bed differs according to the size of the room and whether you are willing to share or not. Let me now give you individual examples:

There are also a few 4-bed rooms the price for which I could send you if you were interested.

I must admit that the prices I quoted are probably bound to differ slightly, but as soon as I know how many of you would like to come and what kind of room you want to book (by the way, there are only 4 single-bed rooms available) I can give you more information.

Looking at the prices I quoted, you can imagine that we will not be accommodated in any "star hotel" but in a monastery which is located right in the centre of Prague, though:

The meeting will be on from Friday, 20th of January (afternoon) to Sunday, 22nd of January (lunch time), 2006.

May I hope that many of you will be able to come to Prague whose charm will surely impress us and help us tackle our activities with new zest.
