 <title>IS THERE AN INTERNATIONAL LAW?</title>

 <description> &lt;p&gt;I believe that many people will rise eye brows to my topic as it is very convincing that the answer is simply &#039;YES&#039;. It will not surprise for anyone who use to read violations af human rights from brochures and magazines and listen to them from media. But it is still not easy to convince one who has experienced violation of human rights in the eyes of what we call internatinal lawyers.&lt;br /&gt;
   If there ever existed such a thing, thus Africa has been its worst victim.&lt;/p&gt;
